How to open a Traditional or an HDiTrade account?
  1. Print and Sign
  2. Email your documents for verification with 2 valid photo IDs, and Proof of billing (Credit card, Bank, Electricity, or Cellphone bill) to 
  3. Wait for a verification completion email then mail the original copies of your documents to HDI Securities, Inc. Unit 2305A The Orient Square F. Ortigas Jr. Road, Ortigas Centre, Pasig City 1605 Philippines.
  4. Note: Do not send funds until you receive an account opening confirmation email.

When can I start investing?
  • You can start investing after the initial deposit has been received and cleared. 
  • When the deposits are cleared, a confirmation will be sent to your email address on file. It will also include your username and initial password.
What is the minimum starting deposit?
  • For Traditional, a starting investment of at least P25,000.00 is required.
  • For HDiTrade,  a starting investment of at least P25,000.00 is required.
How do I fund my Traditional or HDiTrade account?

  • Commission rate: Agreed rate by the trader and the client, but not more than one percent (1%) of the value of each transaction, whether purchase or sale. Minimum Commission of one hundred (Php 100.00) per transaction for Traditional Accounts and Twenty (Php 20.00) for HDiTrade Accounts.
  • Stock Transaction Tax of 0.005% of the Transaction Value for Selling transactions only.
  • For Traditional Accounts: Inactivity fee of One Hundred Fifty (Php 150.00) per month, which may be deducted from your cash balance, if any, or from the proceeds of your selling transaction.
  • For HDiTrade Accounts: Inactivity fee of eighty pesos (Php 80.00).
  • For transfer of stocks to other broker/s: EQ Trade Fee of Seventy five (Php 75.00) per issue of securities.
